Save Winston from being Euthanized

My name is Jacilynn Stone and I am currently dealing with my cat Winston having a Urinary Tract Blockage. This has already costed me $3,700 and I am running out of funds to help save him. I can no longer keep him at the vet (which would cost another $2,100 at the lowest..$3,500 at the highest..) but his chances of re blocking are very high. If he re blocks I will have no other choice but to euthanize him, and I do not want my cat to die because I can’t afford to help him. I understand times are very hard and I feel very selfish for even asking but I really need help to save him. I don’t want to lose him. He would be leaving behind 5 siblings and a family whom loves him deeply. Anything helps, thank you.
