Save Woody the kitten.
Donation protected
On Sunday 28th of July at 10pm, my kitten Woody returned home as usual- except today he came home injured. He was mutilated by a human as his injuries are not consistent with anything else, such as being hit by a car.
His tail has been chopped off, his paw sliced nearly off, and a very large, very deep gash to his stomach. He was rushed straight to vet who have told us his immediate life treatment will cost a minimum of £1100 which includes surgery to amputate the remaining tail, stitch his stomach, give antibiotics and fluids and his hospitilation fee- With further blood cultures and scans following at an additional cost.
He's only 17 weeks old, and he's more than just a family cat, my 6 year old son is autistic and looks at Woody like a sensory kitten, I want to save our baby, but I need help.
As a single mummy of two, I'm not in a position to pull £1100 out of no where- I have utilised my savings and credit cards to raise what I can to save Woody, but it's just not enough.
I hate asking for help, and my pride is taking a battering as I write this, but please, if you can spare even a pound to help save our beloved baby boy, then we would appreciate it massively.
Thank you so much!
*Edit- He wasn't ever really meant to be an outdoor cat, he had always been content in our garden and not 'roaming', however, he will not be going out again after this*
