Save Yoda: Urgent Funds Needed for Recovery

On July 2nd, 2024, Yoda, my dachshund, was attacked by a pitbull while on a walk. The owner of the pitbull let his dog attack my dachshund (Yoda ) and bit his leg and foot, giving Yoda an infection that resulted in him having to get his hind left leg amputated. The owner didn’t do anything to try and stop his dog from attacking, he stood there and watched it all happen. I, Yoda's owner am 19 and had to use my college funds, around 6k, for his amputation.

Sadly, when I thought Yoda was getting better, he developed an infection in his amputation which has resulted in an abscess inside him and having to redo the surgery. They placed a drainage tube in his surgery for liquids to come out. With no extra funds to help my sweet boy, I had to resort into using my rent money for his surgery. I please ask for donations to be able to help Yoda recover and recover anything from my college funds and rent. Yodas surgery was estimated at 4k anything leftover from this fund will go into savings for yodas surgery recovery supplies , food , and wheelchair as well as any future accidents or vet bills. Yoda is a good boy and loves simple things like going on a walk and playing with his purple hedgehog. Any donations would be most greatly appreciated!
