Save Your Club - Aiuta il Caracol!

Care amiche, cari amici, la nostra storia la conoscete e inizia ben 13 anni fa, in un altro luogo ma con lo stesso spirito, una storia interrotta per sette interminabili anni e faticosamente e tenacemente rinnovata da dodici mesi. Un sogno perseguito e coronato con sacrifici enormi che ancora dovevamo ammortizzare. Questa assurda situazione che colpisce tutti ci ha travolto nel peggior momento possibile, ma abbiamo aspettato a chiedere aiuto dando fondo a tutte le nostre risorse e attendendo misure di sostegno istituzionali, l’evoluzione della pandemia, segnali positivi. Purtroppo il tempo passa e le prospettive non sono incoraggianti, specie per attività come la nostra che rischiano di essere le ultime a riaprire, con tempi e modalità incerte. Non riusciamo ad arrenderci però ad un futuro senza questo spazio, senza la musica, ballata e suonata, senza il teatro, gli aperitivi e tutto quello che abbiamo passato insieme, ma abbiamo bisogno di tenere botta ancora un po’, per sostenere le spese che abbiamo e recuperare il tempo perduto, gli eventi saltati, i tour annullati. Per farlo abbiamo bisogno dell’aiuto di tutti voi, un piccolo contributo, di qualsiasi entità, secondo le vostre disponibilità. La cultura, la musica, gli spazi aggregativi in genere non possono morire. Troveremo il modo di ringraziarvi quando torneremo alla normalità, potremo sentirvi urlare: “se non metti l’ultima noi non ce ne andiamo” e – come sempre – accenderemo la luce.

Dear friends, you know our story and it starts 13 years ago, in another place but with the same spirit, a story interrupted for seven interminable years and hardly renewed with many efforts since twelve months. A dream pursued and crowned with enormous sacrifices that we still have to amortize. This absurd situation that affects everyone strikes us in the worst possible moment, but we have waited to ask for help giving all our resources and waiting for institutional support measures, the evolution of the pandemic, positive signs. Unfortunately, time passes and the prospects are not encouraging, especially for activities such as ours that risk being the last to reopen, with uncertain times and modalities. We can’t give up, however, to a future without this space, without the music, danced and played, without the theater, the aperitifs and all that we have spent together, but we need to resist a little more, to support the expenses that we have and make up for lost time, missed events, canceled tours. To do this we need the help of all of you, a small contribution, of any size, according to your availability. Culture, music and meeting spaces in general cannot die. We will find a way to thank you when we return to normal, we can hear you scream: "if you don't play the last one we won't go" and - as always - we will turn on the light.
