Help Ex Muslim Anoud In France

My friend Anoud is an asylum seeker in France since August 2016. She seeked asylum hoping for a better life and have her rights as human being, including her rights as a woman and her right of having free speech. She ran away from her abusive family and oppressive government that barely helped her when she cried for help. She still didn't get a response from the asylum office (OFPRA) since her interview in august 2017. On top of that, she had her asylum seeker's allowance stopped and her card she withdraws money from blocked. She has been receiving the help of a student social worker for an amount of money no more 100€. However right now, she barely have any money and cannot apply for a job without a job permit. Please help her pay for her needs of paying rent and food for the next few months.
