Extended Version of Our Story...

I AM Michelle Castner - although most of my friends and all those on social media know me as Shivani.

In 2001, I took a leap of faith and founded the Blue Heart Sanctuary, a non-profit under 501(c)3, for-service animal rescue organization. The Sanctuary was originally founded in Myakka City, Florida where I was an animal cruelty investigator working with the Manatee County Sheriff. Over the years, I have facilitated the rescue and rehabilitation of hundreds of animals… dogs cats, sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, turtles, owls and even an emu - many of whom had experienced unspeakable cruelty and neglect.

Being born & raised in Sarasota, I never thought I would leave my hometown, friends and family. Until the infamous 2004 hurricane season… four back-to-back storms… a near miss by hurricane Charley followed by Frances, Ivan and Jeanne - knowing that if we did take a direct hit from a big storm, evacuating with large animals would be impossible - we decided it would be best to relocate away from the coast. In June 2006, more than 60 farm and companion animals made an exodus from the West coast of Florida to higher ground in the mountains of Western NC.

For more than 10 years, my former husband and I worked full-time in the school system while we raised our 2 kids and cared for all the Sanctuary animals. It was physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting. We tried to do it all and neither of us reached out to ask for help. Wearing so many hats - so to speak, fundraising was not my strong suit so even though the Sanctuary is a non-profit, over the years, we ended up personally funding the Sanctuary $137,000 to make up the deficit. To this day we have never been reimbursed and in the 20+ years in operation, have never taken a salary - not a dime. This has truly been a labor of love.

The Sanctuary was not my ex’s dream and over time, the pressures continued to build. Financial and life stresses and not taking time to nurture our relationship took its toll and sadly after 19 years of marriage, our relationship dissolved. This plunged me into the dark night of my soul which simultaneously sparked my Spiritual Awakening.

I began to meditate and do inner work to clear deeply suppressed wounds and unresolved traumas. I surrendered myself to Be of Service to God and Angels began giving me messages…this Sanctuary is more than a place of healing for animals - it is a Center of Healing for people as well. I was shown visions of domes where people can come stay - to immerse themselves in nature and feel the unconditional love of the animals. The SólGaia Center for Illumined Hearts was birthed and this Sacred Cherokee land has become a beacon of Love and Light and a place of Peace for All.

Despite extremely limited resources, I have been putting Energy into this Creation. I renovated a rustic cabin and with the help of friends, transformed a poorly designed structure into a Zen Alchemy Dome. I have both accommodations listed on Airbnb, offer Tours of the Sanctuary & Energy Vortices on the land and developed an offering of 1:1 and group retreats where people can come have a respite from the chaos and density of our world…. To Rest… Revive and Rejuvenate in the Peaceful, Loving Energies that have been cultivated here.

We also host community Stretch & Move classes, drum circles and cacao ceremonies and we invite other producers to come host workshops here.

For all the animal lovers out there who aren’t in a position to come experience this Special place in person, I offer Blue Heart Love Streams…. virtual trips to the Blue Heart Animal Sanctuary to meet some of the most Loving and Loved animals around. Businesses can connect with us to have goats and sheep make surprise appearances on their zoom calls. And Drawing from my Master's degree in Education, I have combined my love of animals and passion for inspiring kids with a fun and captivating virtual field trip program that is aligned with state and common core standards called Reading with Ruminants.

As much as I would like this Go Fund Me to be a request for Support to advance this vision, there is a hurdle that must be overcome first.

My home and property - the home of the Blue Heart Sanctuary and the Sacred land of SólGaia is being pushed to foreclosure.

During the lockdown, I took a forbearance on the mortgage and I was Guided to help Support Humanity by facilitating Planetary Gridwork. I was clearing, transmuting and healing both on a personal level and also for the collective.

I believed there would be an impending collapse of the system and for a time became complacent about the 2 mortgages on my home. Honestly, I believed in processes and programs that would eliminate all our debt and return us to asset-backed currency.

This summer I got a wake-up call when the HELOC holder pushed for foreclosure. I am forever grateful that a dear friend/Earth Angel stepped in and donated the arrears to bring me current. I was able to negotiate the payment to a more reasonable amount and have been paying consistently on time ever since. I have not yet been successful in negotiating with the first as they have repeatedly denied me a loan modification. Unfortunately, the situation has escalated and I had the County Sheriff come and post a notice of a foreclosure hearing scheduled for March 13, 2023.

I intend to appear and ask for a 60-day continuance and have also considered buying time by filing bankruptcy however, the attorney I consulted with expressed that I am not a good candidate because presently my income is too low and my monthly payment would be too high.

I have sat with this situation… asking God if I am truly meant to be here doing this work and the answer is always a resounding YES….

TRUST in God and Know that this is So. When I first “woke up” one of the messages that Archangel Haniel gave me was “You Are a Facilitator, Trust God and Allow it to Be.”

Despite this hanging over my head, I have recently been blessed with confirmations of all that is unfolding here. I was gifted a greenhouse and have partnered with a Doctor of Naturopathy to amplify microgreens with frequency to enhance their nutrition, decrease the growing time and increase the yield. Because this can be done through the Quantum Field, it is possible that we could send frequency to places facing drought and famine to assist with world hunger. This is just one more way that I am working to help make a difference in the world.

Regardless, I strongly believe that this is another one of the many spiritual initiations I must navigate through for my Soul’s evolution. I am fiercely independent and self-sufficient. When my husband left, I took on doing everything here at the Sanctuary myself. I have no staff and for the most part, have single-handedly held this container - being a steward of this land and caring for all of the sanctuary animals.

I have not historically asked for help which is precisely one of the reasons I am facing this challenge.

Now, My Guidance is Clear… Reach Out and Ask for Help.

So here goes… I need help,

I need Help to save the Sanctuary and be able to fulfill what I truly believe is my mission to Support humanity and Assist animals on a greater scale.

According to the primary loan holder, I must come up with $37,120.58 to stop the foreclosure. Go Fund Me takes 2.9% ($1047.50) + .30 per transaction. So I am humbly requesting $38,468.88.

To be transparent, the principal owned on the first is $164,802.14 and the amount owed on the HELOC is $37,383.87.
