Save My Home for the Holiday

My name is Angela. I am a divorced mother and am asking for your help to stop my son and me from being evicited! I am currently in a legal battle to retrieve my house from an illegal sheriff sale. While in this battle, I have to pay an escrow payment or be put out on the streets with a 24 hour notice which is due December 14, 2012. Evicition will be the final straw upon an already burdened back. I need $3,000 to stop the eviction for an escrow payment and to obtain legal counsel. Won't you please help me save the only home my son has ever known?
CitiMortgage foreclosed on me and my 16 year old son, while I was participating in the Home Affordable Unemployment Program (HAUP), in complete violation of the rules and regulations of the program. The Home Affordable Unemployment Program was designed to protect and assist unemployed homeowners while they were in the program. Citimortgage, as a participant in the HAUP, agreed to stop foreclosure and collections against participants. Nevertheless, CitiMortgage foreclosed using forged documents while I was in the program, without notifying me, and continued to collect my payments.
I was representing myself because I had no funds to obtain legal counsel. The Fannie Mae legal counsel made it a "personal thing" when I stated there was fraudulence in the proceedings. The judge stated she "knew" Fannie Mae's legal counsel "personally" and ended up judging in his favor while ending in statement of "I may be wrong but you'll need to be going to the next court anyhow."
The funds will be used to make the escrow payments and obtain legal counsel to help me in the next stage of the fight! Please help!!
