Help SAVE NCIS: Hawaiʻi and Thank them!

Aloha! This is @NCISHawaiiOhana and I'm a huge fan of NCIS: Hawaiʻi and follower of all filming projects in Hawaiʻi. Like many of you, I was devastated with the news that CBS has canceled the show. My heart aches for all of the cast and crew that won't be able to finish their stories or even have a proper goodbye.

With this fundraiser, I want to bring awareness of what the show means to so many people around the world. I want CBS and OTHER NETWORKS to see what they're missing out on.

NCIS: Hawaiʻi embodies:

• LOCAL FILM COMMUNITY

• A NECESSARY COG in the NCIS MACHINE!

My first task with these funds will be to make some billboards in Times Square in New York City and to get signage or LED billboard trucks around Los Angeles, aiming around the network buildings. (If you have experience with this, please contact me!)

Secondly, I would like to make gifts for the cast and show runners with messages from fans around the world. Seen as the cast may not be living in Honolulu anymore, I may have to ship them out which adds to the costs.

Third, if any of the cast, co-creators and crew are still in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi and wouldn't mind a get together with some local fans, I would love to host a proper Farewell or "Until We Meet Again" party for them. To fit around their schedule, I could do multiple smaller parties. If we miraculously get picked up again, I'd try to host a congratulatory Welcome Back party if possible.

I'm still researching prices for everything, so the goal will probably change. I'm also working with other fan sites to collaborate. Any amount is appreciated and we'll work with what we get.

If I have any remaining funds that we don't use, it will be donated to ICAN, International Cultural Arts Network. NCIS: Hawaiʻi star Alex Tarrant and his wife Luci Hare work as coaches for this local NHPI (Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander) community which helps up-and-coming actors.
