Subcontactors Alliance is a registered organisation with 7 directors led by founder Les Williams.

We have only one cause, fighting for the rights of Subcontractors in the Building and Construction Industry.

We need funds NOW to continue the fight.

It has always been a hard fought battle but it's now getting dirty with the MBAQ’s unconscionable and negative advertising campaign with the sole aim to derail the State Government's trial of Project Bank Accounts (PBA's).

Subcontractors Alliance have lobbied and struggled to have PBA's implemented to protect subbies hard earned money. PBA's get you paid faster and rogue builders can’t help themselves to your money and then liquidate.

If we don’t fight back against Master Builders now, it will be just another wealthy organisation enabling some of their members to walk all over Subcontractors. 

For over 4 years we have paid our own costs to fight for subbies rights but with the increase in builder liquidations and the proliferation of illegal Phoenix activity, we can no longer sustain it without your help. 

Donations and sponsorships will be fully accounted for and used for travel and accommodation expenses, legal, accountancy and administration costs which are all currently being paid for by the directors. 

The beneficiaries of all monies raised are Subcontractors in the building industry, it’s you we fight for!

To date we have made significant progress with Security Of Payment Legislation & PBA's to secure Subcontractors revenue. To get this far we have lobbied Governments at both State and Federal levels but travel & accommodation costs are significant. 

We need funds now to continue our fight against the injustices perpetrated against subbies every minute of every day so please donate what you can.
