Help Wild Wings Continue to Fly

Technically, Wild Wings in Sherman Oaks is a backyard nature store in Southern California. However, those of us who are lucky enough to call ourselves customers and friends of Scott and Bonnie know that this place is so much more than brick, mortar, and the very BEST backyard nature store.
Wild Wings is an irreplaceable member of our community.
They lead bird walks every week to bring us closer together, and closer to nature. They've held educational events that cater to children and adults alike. The've donated things like owl boxes to local parks. They've turned the inside of their store into a petting zoo. They've done all of this completely free of charge and they will continue to do so because they want to share their vast knowledge and appreciation of nature.
Wild Wings has given so much to our community, and now they need us to give back.
In 2013, one of the worst droughts in California's history began. The changing climate altered the migratory patterns of birds like the Gold Finch, so backyards that were once filled with beautiful birds were empty. No birds meant no need for feeders, or bird seed. Suddenly, about a month ago the birds unexpectedly returned and so did Wild Wings loyal customer base. However, months of drastic drought and a volatile economy had taken it's toll on the store. And while Wild Wings once again has stocked its shelves with seed, they need our help to continue to soar.
Wild Wings hasn't asked anything of us, but it is still imperative that we answer this call. Join in and help save this small business. While we can never repay Wild Wings for all they've done for us, we can show our appreciation by securing their future. If you've never been to Wild Wings, I implore you to visit their website below and stop in the store. I can promise you, you'll be a customer for life.
Let's make this happen!
