I started ACE Pet Resort in 2004, chasing a life-long dream of working with animals. Our facility is very small and dedicated to giving personal attention to each animal in our care. We are also one of the only facilities in the area dedicated to providing a safe environment for socially challenged dogs (dogs unable to go to group boarding facilities) to go when their owners go out of town.
ACE is also the home to our non-profit sister, Vintage Paws Sanctuary, a sanctuary for senior dogs 9 years and older.
I have never been in this business for the money, it was always for the animals and now, due to COVID-19, EVERYTHING is at risk. It is looking like 16 years of blood, sweat, tears and love may be lost. The Vintage dogs will have nowhere to go although we are working feverishly trying to find foster and permanent homes for them.
I know we are all suffering and we are trying to help each other and hang on. If you can help this small, woman-owned business, I would forever be grateful.
