Saving baby Wyatt

Hello my name is Kassandra. My daughter was in an abusive relationship with her son's father until Sept of 2023. She made a decision to leave the situation since he gave her no other choice if she did not like the situation she was in. You either take the abuse or get the hell out. She called me begging to come home. Anyone that knows my daughter knows she thinks she has it all figured out on her own however she called. We got her home. Wyatts father petioned the court to have custody and won by default due to a missed court date. Again, her being ignorant to how the legal system is, her only mistake in all of this was not showing up. Wyatts sperm donor now has Wyatt in his possession. Wyatt is not safe, the donor drinks and drives with Wyatt in the car. He's been witnessed abusing my daughter in front of my 13yr. He's wished both my daughter and Wyatt to die because her getting pregnant ruined his party life. He's threatened to killer my daughter if she ever ran out of gas with Wyatt in the car again. The court is trying to charge her with a felony for interference of a child court order e en though she had NEVER been served a pick up order to give the baby to the donor. He's an evil soul and his only goal is to hurt my daughter by keeping his mommy from her, the only person who has spent every second of every day with him since he was born. When I handed him over to the donor on Monday, my sweet grandson screamed and cried the whole time. His little heart doesn't understand where his mommy/protector is. The court system in Wisconsin is beyond broken. They took him from his moving mommy and placed him in the arms of the abuser. She needs an attorney to fight fire with fire.
