15 Cats whisked away from a life of uncertainty and struggle to happy forever lives with families to care for them – PRICELESS – cost $2,300.00

5 puppies abandoned and left to die starving, plagued with parasites and fighting to the bitter end before they even have a chance – SAVED – sent to a better place where they have already found wonderful forever homes – PRICELESS – cost $665.00

16 Dogs and puppies out of time in Texas wanting nothing more than to find a family to love sent out of state to waiting adopters – PRICELESS – cost $2000.00

36 Bayou Animal Services companion animals out of the shelter alleviating dangerously overcrowded conditions and once again “hard decisions” barely averted – total cost $4,995.00 – problem solved – NO!!!

The shelter remains at capacity. Adoptions are down. Not enough help stepping forward. Is there a solution – YES! There are areas of the United States that want our companion animals – PROBLEM - $$$$.
