Saving Jules
Tax deductible
This is a urgent plea for help. We're a non profit dog rescue, this is tax deductible.
Jules, a 2 year old chihuahua, needs a 3rd blood transfusion. We've spent every penny to get him this far he was on death's doorstep. And we are at the final stretch of this race against time.
Jules eye was bleeding Friday evening out of nowhere- you can find the photos on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/sevadog as go fund me only allows one photo if your raising money for a nonprofit.
We took him to the 24 hour vet in Springfield,Oregon. They found nothing on the eyeball that could cause the bleeding, and it wouldn't stop. So, bloodwork came back showing he has a autoimmune condition that can be cured after this traumatic event. His platelets are depleted and his red blood cells are so low, that his blood isn't clotting. So he was going to bleed to death.
After 4 days in the hospital, he is a walking miracle. He started a medication that endures this will not happen again. His platelets continue to rise. But his red blood cells are too low to be in the clear. The doctor called tonight to say he needs one more blood transfusion to raise his red blood cells. She's confident this is the last step to save his life, without it, we may loose him.
Jules has a chance to live a long healthy life without this ever happening again.
With your help we can save his life. Without this, we will be forced to euthanize him so he doesn't suffer.
Please consider a tax deductible donation of any amount.
