The recent conflict in our city unleashed a nightmare upon our lives. Our home, once a haven, now stands ravaged by the war's brutality. As the fighting escalated in northern and Southern Gaza, a relentless storm of shells rained down upon us. Day and night, the earth trembled with the deafening roar of explosions of destruction from air, land, and sea.
Under the guise of safety, the Israeli occupation forced us to flee from our homes in Khan Younis to the western side of it , specifically to the Al_moasi area, and after that the Israeli occupation destroyed our house.
Our current situation in Al_moasi is dire. We are forced to reside in a tent, facing harsh realities: the biting cold, a scarcity of water and food, and the stark absence of basic necessities.
My family of seven has been deeply impacted by the war.
The Israeli occupation's bombs not only shattered my career as a pharmacist, but also obliterated the pharmacy where I used to work. My brother, a 23-year-old veterinary medicine student on the cusp of graduation at Al-Azhar University, has had his academic journey brutally disrupted by the war. This conflict has stolen his well-deserved moment of triumph.
The war's devastation extends to my family as well.
My jop as a pharmacist was stopped and the pharmacy where I work was destroyed by Israeli occupation bomb.
My brother academic pursuits, as a 23-year-old veterinary medicine student Al-Azhar University, have been disrupted. Just as he neared the culmination of his studies, poised for graduation, the war has delayed this milestone.
The war's impact extends to my father by destroying his plumbing shop and he lost his job as plumbing service provider because of that.
My mother her job as a teacher was stopped and the school which she works was destroyed.
The future remains uncertain. Educational facilities have been heavily bombed and lie in ruins.
The specter of a major military operation looming over Al_moasi and Rafah casts a long shadow, with the constant threat of death a stark reality.،
In a desperate attempt to rebuild our lives and offer a sliver of hope after enduring the war's brutality, I am seeking funds to evacuate our family to Egypt.
[Optional addition:] The accompanying footage depicts the harrowing scenes of the bombing in northern Gaza, including the horrific use of phosphorous gas.
