Please help us to save Saida. Saida needs your help! Saida needs surgery so that she can continue to eat and live. She has esophageal stricture which means there is scar tissue in her esophagus which prevents her from eating properly. She has a strong desire to eat but as soon as she attempts to swallow food she is in immediate distress and appears to be choking until she regurgitates. If this problem is not addressed quickly she will lose weight and become progressively ill until her situation proves fatal. This is a serious condition that is profoundly difficult to treat but surgery is her best option. This is where you come in.
