Saving Sam The Samoyed (DONE!)

Hello Everyone,
today, i found this poor guy.. he was hit by a car, diagnosed with 3 places the hip bone was broken, he was SCREAMING in pain in the clinic. I couldn't ignore it. it's "owner" says that he just found him and gave him a haircut blah blah blah, not microchipped ... so i took him under my wing...
took him to the best orthopedic doc and hospital, he needs a surgery to repair the broken bone with plates. costs (including the days he will stay with morphine until the surgery) is about  2000$.
I will give all i can, but i really need help, I will be his post-surgery home and probably his forever home.
help me.. please.. my heart is bleeding :(
