Saving the Children with Xeroderma Pigmentosum

My name is Daniela Mercedes. Please join us with your generous donation to save lives and improve the living conditions of people, mainly children, who suffer with Xeroderma Pigmentosum, a rare and still incurable disease.
Xeroderma Pigmentosum is a genetic, hereditary, and potentially fatal disease that has claimed the lives of numerous Latino children during 2023, and others are in severe or critical condition. Children with Xeroderma Pigmentosum, referred to as " The Children of the Moon," cannot be exposed to ultraviolet radiation emitted by the sun and other artificial sources. These children must be protected appropriately while out during daylight hours, while it is safe to go out without protection at sundown or night.
Your contribution, regardless of its size, helps us respond to the issue of pain and impotence in Latin countries, including the Caribbean, where, for more than 50 years, children suffering from Xeroderma Pigmentosum have succumbed to untimely deaths while other children lead a very deplorable life due to a lack of medical and financial resources, treatments, and education in the proper management of this condition. Your contribution will help us hold medical-scientific conferences on the management and advances in the treatment of Xeroderma Pigmentosum.
Through New England XP, Inc., in 2023, we were able to impact the lives of more than Twenty-Eight (28) patients with XP from the Dominican Republic. We held our first Medical-Scientific conference on the management and advances of Xeroderma Pigmentosa, titled "Breakthrough in the Care of Xeroderma Pigmentosum," attended by more than Two Hundred (200) doctors from different specialties in the Dominican Republic. We also assisted other patients from South America, Central America, and Asia.
Today, you can bring hope and significantly impact the lives of those suffering from this rare disease by providing the necessary medical care, clothing, and personal protective equipment with your generous donation. Estos niños deben estar protegidos adecuadamente cuando salen durante el día, mientras que es seguro salir sin protección al atardecer o de noche.

Realizamos nuestra primera conferencia Médico-Científica sobre el manejo y avances de la Xeroderma Pigmentosa, titulada “Avance en la Atención de la Xeroderma Pigmentosa”, a la que asistieron más de Doscientos (200) médicos de diferentes especialidades en República Dominicana. También asistimos a otros pacientes de Sudamérica, Centroamérica y Asia.
Hoy, usted puede traer esperanza e impactar significativamente las vidas de quienes padecen esta enfermedad poco común, brindándoles la atención médica, la ropa y el equipo de protección personal necesarios con su generosa donación.
