Saving the lives of dogs abandon & abused

hi to all my animals lovers and rescuers.

i run El Dogo Loco rescue in Puerto Rico and this is a recent case of ours that we are in desperate need of help.

Found at Adolfo Hanni Carrillo Stadium in Naguabo

I was contacted at 7pm on December 5th

At 7:18 I took the screen shot of the info and was n my way. By 7:48 we found her and had her safe with us.

She was found in the town at the abandoned baseball stadium. She was with a medium sized brindle male dog that we will be going back for.

She is one of 50 dogs we currently have in our care, that are in desperate need of help. We rescue when we can. We almost never say no to dogs that are in our town or the surrounding area. We don’t turn away dogs that have been abandoned, we connect with them on a different level and we are their safety.

I’m told Tukie had an owner who some how lost her, unfortunately she was most likely abandoned due to her health condition. We are here to ask the public to help us get her the help she needs. We will be posting her medical bills as we go through this process, for the time being we are trying to raise money for the initial medical bills as well as some sort of down payment to get her into surgery ASAP.

So far we know she has a huge mass/ tumor and it needs to be removed. It’s grown to almost the side of Tukie and she can’t move around. We are not veterinarians but I am almost positive this can’t be comfortable for her small body and I’m also sure it’s causing her great pain.
