Saving Voodoo and Capone

Voodoo is my wild and crazy almost two year old Cane Corso baby that last Monday was hospitalized with elevated kidney values and some concerning GI symptoms. We’ve done two ultrasounds and ruled out genetic causes, Lepto and Parvo testing, an ACTH stim test to rule out Addison’s disease along with pretty much once daily blood work to check organ function and blood counts. She has been discharged and readmitted to the hospital twice since last week. With this most recent time requiring her to need a blood transfusion. I will do whatever is needed to get her through this but I need your help! Many of my friends and family members have asked how they could help support my girl so I thought this would be the best way. Anyone that knows me knows that my dogs mean the world to me and this week has been tough on us emotionally. At this point we are operating under the assumption she has a fairly significant GI bleed that is causing her symptoms. In an ideal world she would have an endoscopy to locate the bleed so surgery could be performed to resect the ulcerated portion of her GI tract but right now the focus is stabilization and getting her strong enough to undergo the procedure as safely as possible.
