Help for the Larry Nassar Victims

Donation protected
What started with individual voices and grew into an army of women is now creating massive change across the gymnastics community.

Welcome to a movement.

Saving Our Survivors has three goals:

1.  To reduce the stigma connected to assault/abuse by providing education and resources

2. To link survivors to trauma savvy therapists

3. To provide financial support for anyone impacted by the actions or inactions of the former osteopathic doctor now known as inmate Nassar.

The purpose of the Saving Our Survivors fund is to make available financial resources to pay for psychological counseling/psychotherapy. We are funded exclusively by donations and the campaign is run by volunteers.

For questions, suggestions, or to access support, please reach out to Paul Ziert [paul(at)intlgymnast(dot)com] or Jessica Steyers [[email redacted](dot)com]. You can also connect with us via FaceBook, at https://www.facebook.com/savingoursurvivors/.

As we recognize that every trauma survivor heals at their own pace, we don't require that you are connected to a legal case or have publicly come forward.

Paul Ziert is the publisher of International Gymnast magazine and coached the  University of Oklahoma men's gymnastics team to two NCAA titles.

Jessica Steyers, LCSW, MA, is a clinical psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of trauma.  A former gymmast, she was producer/researcher for NBC Sports' coverage of the Olympic Games. She graduated from the University of Michigan.
