I'm 76 years old and live by myself. For the past fifty plus years I have been making a fairly good living performing and playing the saxophone. Playing with bands and doing solo work. I have performed at birthday parties, weddings, school reunions, dances, church services, and corporate events. Now, after four (4)  incidences of Pneumothorax (collapsed lung) it was decided by several medical professionals that I put the horn to rest. This was devastating  blow to my career and I will now need a little financial assistance in order to carry on.
I spent the entire month of January in DePaul Hospital going through procedures and was released on February 1, 2019. I certainly want to thank the medical team for all the dedication and care they showed me.
I continue to go through therapy and I am on oxygen 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for the rest of my life.
My daily activities are now somewhat limited.  .....I appreciate your help and support!
