Saying See You Later...But Never...Good-bye!

“I think a Hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to preserve and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles”
That was our Kimberley, a hero. Despite all the obstacles she kept living, she kept loving, and she kept her joy. When she lost her baby Brittney she kept going, and she kept moving forward. When she needed a new heart and got one, she celebrated and lived her life. She enjoyed a trip to Cabo San Lucas where she parasailed over the ocean. She was on top of the world and her wish was to one day return to beautiful Cabo.
She loved her family, her children, her grandchildren, her sisters and brother, her nieces, and nephews, her Aunties, her uncles, and of course her mother. She also loved so many other family members and so many friends and we all loved her right back. She was a character that loved to laugh and joke around. She loved her country music. I remember, she and my mom, and I rented a blue mustang, bought new cowboy boots, and drove to Tahoe to see Reba McIntyre. But really she loved all types of music and would sing all the songs she could, sometimes making up lyrics to a perfectly good song, something she did even as a little girl.
Over the years Kim had many challenges in the spirit of being that hero. She lived her life with some tears, and some fears but a lot of love and taking one step at a time, always moving forward, always seeing the joy of the next day. She still dealt with pain and dealt with the disappointment of being ill. Her body grew tired, her new heart had failed her, and her physical body transitioned. Her soul was set free and now our hero watches over all of us that loved her so dearly.
Such a sudden loss takes a toll on a family who is left behind. So, to try and help with some of the unexpected expenses, I am making this “Go Fund Me” request to give her family a little breathing room to assist with some of the expenses of saying “See you later” but never “Goodbye”
Any amount would be appreciated and of course prayers, good thoughts, and love is always appreciated.
