Rebuilding a home after Florence

My name is Jesse Hufton and like so many people in our beloved state of North Carolina, we have experienced great loss.   My Grandmother and mother who live in Ash, NC  have loss their home and everything in it from Hurricane Florence.  The flood waters came and claimed everything in its path, leaving our family displaced and without a place to call home.  My grandmother, who is 86 years old had to be rescued by boat in the wake of the rising waters.  She has lived on this property for over five decades raising her family and this is the only place she has ever known.  After Hurricane Matthew insurance became costly and my Grandmother was unable to afford it, leading her to drop it.  Our goal is to rebuild and give her and my mother, who now lives and takes care of her, their home back.  We know and understand that this is not going to be easy and the road to recovery is going to be long and hard but with love and help we can get through this.  If you can help and want to, please do.
