SBU Health Board Digital Services - Swansea Bay 10K

SBU Health Board Digital Services will be running the Swansea Bay 10K on the 15th September. We have chosen to support the Jacob Crane Foundation which has been set up in memory of Jacob who recently lost his battle with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia at the age of 17. The foundation's purpose is to help increase awareness of childhood cancers and to provide support to children and young people and their families throughout all stages of diagnosis, to treatment and beyond.
