Help with Medical Expenses

Hi all!

I am scheduled for major oral surgery for September 28th and need your help covering expenses. 16 years ago I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis  , which causes scar tissue to grow on my lungs and impairs my breathing. One of my required medications has caused major bone loss. As a result, major dental surgery is necessary to restore my bone structure. 

As I am currently on disability with Medicare, the hospital is requesting the uncovered expenses be paid in advance. 

Although my family is assisting with a portion of the cost, we are asking for your support to help. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
