Scooters medical bills

Hello, we are Mike and Steph Poe, and we are trying to raise funds for our dog Scooter's surgery. Scooter is a 4-year-old sweet and loving English Bulldog that's been part of our family since she was 10 weeks old. She has had pneumonia over 20 times since she was born which is due to her birth defect--a collapsing larynx. Originally the vet told us there was nothing we could do other than manage it. Her last case of pneumonia had been going on since October, so we took her to an internal medicine vet to figure out a new plan. After exploratory surgery, they told us that she has stage 2 collapse of her larynx and her only option for survival is palette surgery. Unfortunately, this is the first vet that has told us this. Had we known earlier we would have tried to do this surgery years ago. We've been in and out of the vet for 4 years now, and we just want to get her the help that she needs so that she can stay with our family as a healthy bully for several more years. We are swimming in vet bills from past visits, and they gave us a quote for her surgery at $5,000. Please consider helping us, any amount is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
