Scam took my whole bank account money

Hello I’m Mel and I’m a single mum of two boys 1 and 2. I recently got a link via Facebook messenger as I wanted to do some casual cleaning to support my family. And I just got out of a relationship where I was lucky enough to keep my house. I don’t think I can rent in this economy with no job. And my savings went to my ex to keep the house. The money that was lost was mostly out of my kids bank accounts and my mortgage/ bills account.

However, when I attempted to look for work the link I got was a remote access and as my banking details were open I lost my entire account and they took the balance of my credit card so it’s negative and I’m getting bills for the interest.

They took money out and then held it to ransom. Saying ‘ Give us more or you won’t see your money again.’ It’s all a scam and of course you won’t see anything back from them.

I’m struggling to feed my kids and I haven’t had my bank accounts for 5 days now. I have a locked account and I’m not willing to unlock until I know they aren’t still in my device. I’m going to do a factory reset but I need to buy a hard drive to put all the pictures of my babies into first.

I need to raise money continue paying my bills this month and buy the necessities.

Any little money would help. Please I’m so sad this happened.. it can happen to anyone.
