Help Arlo Get the Surgery He Needs

Hello fellow furfriend lovers!!! This is ARLO!!! The sweetest furfriend there ever was, but yes, I guess I am a little biased, but anyone who has met him will agree. My name is Scott and Arlo is my licensed service animal and he does an awesome job!!!

Right now, he is in need of some help with some vet bills that are stemming from an accident we had where he got stuck/smooshed between daddy's wheelchair and a door which had way too strong of a return on it. Things seemed okay at the time but the next day he started walking with a bad limp in his back right leg. Then we were leaving to go see the vet and he started to pee in the hallway of the building we live in (never happened before of course) and it was full of blood!!! Very, very scary, by the way.

Well, when we did get to the vet, the visit and testing alone cost almost $2000. Since then his urine has cleared up but his kidney tests showed some problems. He goes back on the 17th for another urinalysis and we are hoping it has cleared up. The imaging on his leg shows that he has a ruptured ligament in his knee and it will need surgery. I am on disability benefits due to my own health problems which certainly does not bring us enough to cover the costs of that surgery.

This is why we are turning here to try to get those funds together hopefully sooner than later as he is in a lot of pain with that leg. We would greatly appreciate any help anyone may be able to give...and thank you everyone for taking your time and interest in our situation!!!
