Chris Schafer Funeral Fund

Chris was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend to all. He was a man who always placed his family first, as he was fully committed to his wife and three girls and providing the best life for them as possible. It is with great sadness he was unexpectedly taken from his family and passed away one week prior to the Christmas Holiday. While working he had a massive heart attack, a stranger started CPR until EMT's arrived and they worked on him for over 45 minutes; they were unable to revive him.  He leaves behind his 36 year old wife, who he was with for 20 years and three beautiful children ages 18, 10 and 7.

We need to offset the great expenses they are now faced with.  Unfortunately, there was no life insurance policy and with Chris being the soul provider for his family, the unexpected funeral cost needs to be raised. This family consistently placed their needs second and would be there for any person or animal in need.

This young family was not prepared for such a tragedy and does not have any savings.  While Chris was the soul provider, Rayna was working part time, raising three girls, and pursuing her dreams of becoming a nurse. At this time, she needs to put her education on hold and try and provide for the children. Lets meet this goal so that the funeral expense is one less thing that she has to worry about and she can focus her time, energy and little money she has on her girls.
