Schanen Elementary Playground

My name is Jennifer, I am a parent and PTA member. This go fund made is made on behalf of the Schanen Estates Elementary School PTA. 

 

Do you live in the neighborhood? Or Have you driven by the school lately? If so, you will notice that the school lacks a playground. There is a row of swings that 378 students are using daily, and nothing else.

 

Our students and staff have been working extremely hard the past couple of years with fundraising with the hopes of building a new playground. This playground not only will serve our students but will also serve as a community park.

 

Like everything else, COVID has impacted our fundraising and enrollment, and has pushed our playground just out of hands reach.

 

We are asking for support from our community to help us reach our financial goal to give these children a new playground.
