Schmidt Family Support Fund

The local community had an unexpected loss of Cory Schmidt, the father of a player for the Cheswick Warriors Futbol Club and Harmar Soccer Club. The unexpected loss is impactful to our local soccer community. The two clubs stand together in supporting this family during this extremely difficult time. All donations collected at this time will be given to the family to cover costs that may arise during this unexpected loss.

Cory graduated from Springdale High School and served in the Army. He worked as a mechanic, always helping anyone and everyone who would ask. There wasn't anything he couldn't fix and he enjoyed what he did. He loved to restore classic cars, especially for the Pittsburgh Grand Prix. He was involved with children's sports with his son and will be sadly missed by all who knew him
