Schodack Landing Fire Victims: Alyssa and Austin

We are rasing money for my daughter Alyssa and her boyfriend Austin, to help them get back on their feet after a tragic fire on Thursday May 18th in Schodack Landing, NY that took everything away from them. The building that their Apartment was in burned down. They lost everything they had. They most importantly lost their family member and beloved dog Dexter, he unfortunately did not make it out of the fire.

Dexter was a German shepherd/American bulldog mix and was only about 2 I/2 years old. Dexter was the most loveable/caring dog who loved his blanket, fox toy named "Megan fox", and going anywhere with Alyssa and Austin. Anyone that came in contact with Dexter fell in love with him.

Alyssa and Austin been through a lot the last few days trying to figure out what to do next and where to begin. I am hoping with this little jester it will help them take some weight off their shoulders.

Any money raised will go towards getting them into a new place and try to replace belongings that they lost. We know it won't bring back Dexter, but it will be a start to get them back up on their feet.
