Schoharie Cats

“Schoharie Cats” started back in July when we were made aware of a house with about 100 cats/kittens outside. We were able to rescue, vet and adopt the cats and kittens out. This project has been run by independent rescuers. We have only been able to do all of this because of the donations we have received. We were able to rescue, vet and rehome 250+ cats/kittens since July. We have had lots of vet bills and we currently have multiple sick cats who were rescued recently that need medical care. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, test for felv/fiv, flea treat and deworm all the cats that we take in before they are adopted. Besides basic vetting, we also often take in sick cats who require multiple vet visits and medicines. All of this gets very costly so we appreciate any support we can get.
