Scholarship fund for Subhra's Family

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Subhrajyoti Ray on October 29, 2020. He is leaving behind his two teenage sons Rahul and Rishav and his wife Nandini. As you can imagine the family and his friends are understandably shocked by this loss. Many of the SS8 family knew Subhra, he was a wonderful engineer who dedicated the last 15 years to SS8, and a great person who helped SS8 be where we are today.
We would like to pay tribute to Subhra in setting up a scholarship fund for his kids through a GoFundMe account. SS8 will match all donations up to at least $5,000. If you would like to and are able to donate to this fund, you can find information here. All funds will be going directly to his family.
