Scholarship for Videography Students in Memory of Robert
Donation protected
Robert Lee (Rob, Junior, JR), beloved son/ my pal and brother passed away suddenly on February 25, 2025 due to a highly aggressive form of leukemia (AML).
Rob showed amazing strength during his brief hospitalization and we are all so proud of how valiantly and bravely he fought against this deadly form of cancer.
As most of you know, Robert was a talented videographer. But more importantly he was the kindest soul I've ever known.
He believed in sharing and giving everyone an equal seat at the table and was unfailingly loyal to those who were kind to him and others.
My mother and I have received dozens and dozens of texts, emails, DM's and phone calls offering condolences and praise of a life that ended all too soon, but through it all one simple phrase said it best.
"He was everyone's favorite guy."
Robert believed in paying it forward, so to pay tribute to Robert, we have started this page to help fund the Jack Jardin Westwood High School Scholarship, which was started in 2016.
Jack Jardin, Robert's cousin, was also a talented videographer with a tender soul and whose presence in this world was all too brief.
The Jack Jardin Westwood High School Scholarship supports two students annually who:
1) Are pursuing a career in video production and/or the arts; and
2) Embody kindness and love for helping others
Thank you for paying tribute and remembering both Robert and Jack.
In these moments of sadness, please take the time to remember the joy that Robert brought to all of our lives. I'm including links to some of his videos below.
