School Essentials for Moroccan Students

Hello everyone! I have made this page in behalf of my friend, Salah.

Greetings everyone! My name is Salah Eddine Zakri, and I am an English middle / high school teacher in a remote village in Marrakech, Morocco. Since the school is in the suburbs, some of the students do not have ready access to school supplies. Therefore they will need better and quality education. In line with this, we have organized this fundraising to purchase necessary school supplies and equipment that the students can use for their studies. Your donations will be of use in buying essential items such as, but not limited to, pens, notebooks, books, worksheets, bags, etc.

However much or little you can spare will give these students a chance at a better and more conducive learning experience.

We would be grateful if you could also share this fundraising among people in your circle. Every little counts. We will update on any progress about this. An Update…

It has been a year since this fundraiser was started and I am glad to give an update that we are moving forward with this. We have recently purchased school supplies needed for this school year and will continue on with the amount collected.

Also, in light of the recent tragic earthquake in Morocco, we have decided to donate a few items for earthquake stricken victims.
