School Road House Fire

Hi everyone, my name is Ally and I'm putting together this fundraiser for the Zabiegalski families.

This morning (June 22, 2023) at around 8 am their home caught fire.

The owner was home with his dogs while his wife was at work. Everyone got out safely and the fire was under control and out very soon after.

I watched as the windows, roof, and siding had to be broken open to allow the smoke to escape. I also witnessed Mrs. Zabiegalski return to the home in tears without any knowledge of what was happening to the home they have lived in for over 30 years.

My heart breaks for this family, we do not know to what extent the damage is but I can only imagine the emotional and financial trauma this poor family with be under trying to recover from this tragedy.

This is where we come in! I am asking our School Road neighbors and the amazing Hatfield community to join together and show this family we are here, and they will not face this alone.

I would like to ask everyone to help this family in any way possible. Every dollar will make a difference, and I will also reach out to the family to see if they need any physical items we could collect.

I am newer to the community but I have seen the post, I saw all our neighbors that banned together to make sure everyone was ok. So let's please show them we are here!
