School supplies: low socioeconomic Burundian kids

I am working closely with Chancelle from the Hope for a Better Future NGO in Burundi (www.hbf-burundi.org/) to raise funds for education for Burundian children who come from low socioeconomic families.

Burundi is a very small country nestled in center of East Africa known as the "heart of Africa;" and it lives up to this by the beauty of its nature, its 1001 rolling hills, vibrant culture, music and dance; but most importantly by the loving-kindness of its people.

I am looking to raise 1,000 USD during the month of September to help these children. These funds will go towards books, supplies, back packs, uniforms, etc.
