Schrödinger’s Perineal Urethrostomy surgery

Hi. This is our cat Schrödinger. He is the sweetest cat I’ve ever known, and the center of our little family. He’s 3 years old and recently had to undergo cystotomy surgery. He unfortunately did not recover well and has been in the hospital since Saturday August 29th. He has been through the ringer from an almost kidney failure to anemia from substantial blood loss to fever, you name it. He has had a catheter in since Sunday but three have fell out. He underwent laser treatment to try to minimize the inflammation of his bladder and urethra. We have been taking him to and from the overnight ER to his primary vet every day because his primary care vet doesn’t do overnight stays. He’s feeling better but now has a blood clot in his bladder that is not absorbing. As a result he has to have another surgery. He needs Perineal Urethrostomy Surgery. As you can imagine the vet bills have been piling up and are ongoing. A lot of friends suggested we start a go fund me. I really appreciate you reading this and considering helping us with this immense hardship. ♥️♥️♥️
