SCM Vision, Inc. is a faith based 501(c)3
nonprofit organization, founded by Rev. Sylvia C. Murphy.
We are strategically designed to rebuild, reconnect, and bring resiliency to the at-risk, low-income and disadvantaged populations through our Pathways from Bondage Ministry.
