Scolley family Memorial Fund for their son, Ridge
Donation protected
It is with a heavy heart that we deliver the news of a family tragedy that has occurred and we are in need of everyone’s help. My nephew Ridge has suffered from a brain injury that he is not going to be able to recover from. Ridge was doing what he loved most, playing Basketball with his cousins he so admired and friends when he lost his balance and hit the back of his head. After being life flighted to Sanford Hospital in Fargo, it has been determined that his brain cannot recover and he will be leaving us. Shannon and Mike will be faced with a long road of difficulty dealing with Hospital bills, financial stress, costs with memorial services and will be in need of professional help. They cannot do this on their own which brings me to ask for your help in donating to help with these costs. Mike, Shannon, Clara and Troy have made the decision based on knowing that Ridge would want to help others by donating his organs. Ridge will be turning 10 tomorrow, March 10th and since he cannot receive gifts, he will be giving the gift of life to one or more through organ donation. Your donations can be anonymous and we thank you in advance for being a part of this process. If you knew Ridge, we thank you for being part of his life. Ridge had such a compassionate heart and loved life and we know he would want to remind all of us to be kind to others, do things in your life to make a difference and don’t ever have any regrets, do what you love....
