Fund to fight Scone housing dev't
Donation protected
Scone Study Group has been established to carry out background research on various aspects of the Scottish Planning System and also site specific details of the proposed Scone North development (H29) in Scotland, UK. This wiCampaign description
ll enable us to provide residents with more informed analysis of the Planning Application associated with such a major housing developement . It is felt that the group does not have the capacity & experience to comment meaningfully of the Envirnmental Impact Assessment and so this gofundme campaign is to raise funds for the commissioning of expert help.
The main aim of this is to:
Review the Environmental Statement and background information
Provide audit comments on areas of deficiency across all environmental topic areas – with a particular focus on areas that would be considered a material consideration
Provide specific comment on the air quality assessment methodology and findings and issue of timing relative to the the CTLR
Use of such funds raised will be overseen by Scone & District Community Council. These funds are needed immediately as individual comments have to be lodged with Perth & Kinross Council by 27th January 2017 and SDCC has until 3rd February to revert.
