Memory of Scott Bird & support of the Bird family

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am fundraising in memory of Scott Bird and in support of the Bird family. On January 10th, 2024 the Bird family faced the sudden death of beloved patriarch, Scott Bird aka Papa Bird to many. Scott was loved by all who he crossed paths with and you felt like family immediately.

Scott, a master machinist, not only excelled in his craft but was also a loving husband, father, brother and son whose kindness left a permanent mark on those around him. Beyond his work, Scott found enjoyment in all things outdoors, especially fishing and capturing sunsets. He loved spending time with family and friends jammin' out to old school rock 'n' roll around a big bonfire.

Scott's family was the center of his world. He may not have had much himself but was always willing to put others before him.

With Scott's passing his beloved wife, Dorothy, and family are now faced with financial uncertainty. Scott was the bread winner of the household as Dorothy is unable to work due to medical conditions of her own. Your generous contributions will help ease the financial strain on Scott's family assisting with daily bills and miscellaneous expenses that revolve around an unexpected death. This will allow them to the time needed to grieve without financial stress and find comfort in the memories they shared with him.
