Scott Blake medical relief fund

This is Scott Blake. He is a devoted father, partner, brother, and friend. Major Scott Blake is a decorated veteran who served a combined 27 years in the United States Army. He currently serves as the director for veteran services in the town of Raynham and works as a public safety officer at Morton Hospital. He is also one of the founders and chairman of the Patriot Riders of America CH7, a non-profit that supports veterans, first responders, and their families throughout the community.

On the evening of March 19, 2025, Scott was riding his motorcycle down Route 44 in Raynham when he was struck by a car pulling onto the road. Scott sustained severe life-threatening injuries, including a shattered pelvis, a broken jaw, and a brain bleed. Scott’s condition has seen improvement, but he still has a long way to go and will need to undergo numerous procedures.
