Scott Lindquist's Family Relief Fund
Donation protected
On October 17th my brother Scott was on his way to meet his wife Alania and daughters Lilly, 12 and Kirsten, 6 at a good friends home for dinner and a night of family fun. On the way, he was in a tragic accident which resulted in a severe traumatic brain injury and major trauma to the body. This injury has left him in a coma in Stanford Hospital.
Scott is the sole provider for his family. The funds that we are raising will help cover any medical bills beyond his insurance coverage, and help build a fund to support Alania and the children during this very difficult time. For those of you who know my brother, his family is what gives him the greatest joy. His love for Alania, Lilly, Kirsten and his two sons Lars and Anders cannot be questioned; it is pure and sweet. He lives for them.
Alania has not requested this fund, but we know that any donation and/or sharing this fundraiser is one of the best ways we can show our love and support for the family right now.
My brother is a craftsman, a home builder and an artist of construction. He has spent his life building houses for others, providing them with shelter. The homes he builds portray his clients personalities, their lives and their values, not his own. Homes that are gentle on the earth, whose footprints whether large or small blend into their surroundings honoring the natural environment they share.
Scott greets everyday as an adventure, looking for the magic life creates. He is an avid traveler and adventurer, and he always finds his way home to his family. We pray that this journey finds him back with his loved ones. I know my brother looks forward to the adventures waiting to be shared with his wife Alania and his four children.
Thank you so much for your support, love, and prayers on behalf of the Lindquist's extended family and friends.
Anyone wishing to make an offline donation please contact Scott's sister Mona Lindquist through the link provided in this fundraiser.
Any donation or sharing of this fundraiser with your friends and family would be immensely appreciated.
