Scott Masuda Funeral & Shaun Masuda College Funds

Dear Friends and Family,

On October 6 the world lost a rare gem, Scott Masuda a loving son, brother, father, and friend to many. Scott peacefully passed away surrounded by his loved ones and his pride and joy, Shaun. He leaves behind his 17-year-old, who also lost his mother 6 and half years ago.

You may remember Scott as a devoted father, caring soul, devoted worker in the natural gas industry, loving friend, and phenomenal colleague. Whoever had the honor to meet him understands that it didn't take much for him to impact one's life with his words of wisdom. He wasn't a man of many words but, his heart was gold.

The ones that got the opportunity to develop a friendship with him understood that they opened up a treasure that was worth more than a million bucks. A rare friendship that only a few will come across in a lifetime. We are lucky that god blessed us with a loving, caring, and selfless soul who we will carry in our hearts for the rest of our lives.

One of Scott's main goals was to ensure Shaun was set up for college to become the aspiring mechanical engineer he dreamt about. With the unexpected loss of Scott, we know that there is a community out there wanting to contribute to Scott's celebration of life and Shaun's future. All funds raised will be going directly to the Masuda Family. We thank you for your kindness during this difficult time.

Scott, we pray that God and your loving wife welcomed you with open arms and that you're dancing with the Angels above. May you rest in paradise.
