Scottie O'Brien needs help

This week Scotties beloved comfort dog Teddy was shot to death by our neighbor. He was a sweet goldendoodle. The neighbor was in house. When Teddy ran down our driveway the neighbor met him and shot him with a handgun 3 timed. Admittedly, Teddy didn't jump, scratch or bite. The neighbor just doesn't like dogs. We are going to try to help Scottie get a new comfort dog when he can. Its difficult to think about, bit his doctors recommend it. If you anyone rod like to help we would be very grateful. Thank you
