Scott's Sons Need Your Help for His Memorial

Hello. I’m coming to y’all to ask for any help and prayers that you can give our family in this time of unbearable grief. It would be greatly appreciated more than our hearts could possibly express.
My brother, Simon “Scott” Birchfield, was found dead in our driveway just 4 days before Christmas, December 20, 2024, where his youngest son found him. Our family is absolutely devastated at the loss of my brother, my nephew’s father. He has four sons, two of which still live here with me and my husband, as my brother did. And we are so scared that we are not going to be able to lay him to rest because there was no life insurance to do so.
He was a loving father, brother, and friend to everyone. We know that we won’t be able to do a lot for him, but we want to be able to at least cremate him and place his ashes with his parents. And to be able to bring all of his children and siblings and the rest of the family and friends together to have a memorial.
Without help, he will end up becoming a ward of the state. I just can’t imagine his children living the rest of their lives with that grief on top of the grief of losing their father. So I’m actually begging if anybody can please help in any way, our family and his children would be forever grateful. We can’t put a service date on this because without your help there won’t be one and he still at the Jacksonville medical examiner‘s office Jacksonville, Florida, and we only have about a week left to figure it out. Thank you for at least taking the time to read his story and God bless, and please hold your loved ones tight and cherish every minute you have with them.
