Help Naomi play Team Canada Junior Roller Derby!

Hi, my name is Cindy, and I am the proud roller derby mom to Naomi Morrell, aka #8 Scream Soda, Captain of the Rotten Apples Junior Roller Derby team in Victoria, BC -- and now a member of TEAM CANADA!

Naomi has been selected to represent Canada at the Junior Roller Derby World Cup in Valence, France. Naomi is the only athlete from Vancouver Island chosen for Team Canada, and only one of three BC athletes.

To fulfill her duties on Team Canada, Naomi must travel twice this year for practices, to Ontario and Alberta, as well as travel to France for the World Cup. As a family of six in this economy, and with two of her brothers beginning post-secondary studies in 2023, the financial aspect is somewhat daunting.

We are hopeful our community will be willing to help Naomi to achieve this dream opportunity. Thank you so much.
